Are you professional photographers ?
A. Yes, we are both college trained and educated professional
photographers and have Fellowship & Associateship qualifications from
the British Institute of Professional Photography.
Q. How
big are your file sizes ?
A. Our normal file size is 16MB, 8 bit at 300ppi., however, we can supply
other/larger file sizes and lower resolution files if required. Please ask
for further details.
Q. How
do you supply images ?
A. On CD/DVD, or via email if appropriate.
Q. Can we have a different background colour than white ?
A. Yes, coloured backgrounds, and props if required, are available at additional
quoted cost.
Q. Can we specify a particular visual style for our
images ?
A. Yes of course. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Q. How long do packshot jobs take ?
A. Each job is always different, however as an example, for a 20 single item
shoot we would be aiming to deliver the final images in 3 days. Larger, more
complex jobs with varying shoot specifications would be longer, but only by
a matter of days.
Q. My
products are big - can you accommodate big items ?
A. Yes, our studio premises are on two floors, the ground floor having easy
access for large portable items.
Q. Where
will I find you ?
A. On the outskirts of Leeds close to
the arterial trunk roads the M1, M62 and A1(M).
