We
require written (emailed) confirmation of any quote & acceptance
of our terms of business before commencing any photography shoot
We
reserve the right to increase our costs for added products
to any shoot and/or changes in background, props & visual
styles that have not been specified in a clients original brief
ALL
products for photography must be in pristine condition.
We
reserve
the right to both
reject products in poor condition that would adversely affect image quality
and to request
replacement product/s from a client or their representatives
Products
for photography are to be delivered to our studio premises by 10.00am on the
day of the photography
FULL
PAYMENT, (by
bank transfer or PayPal),
IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY IMAGES ARE DELIVERED,
(online
or
on DVD). We are happy for regular clients
to have a 30 day trading account, please ask for details.
Products
& items left at our studio premises are left entirely at the clients own
risk.
Products
& items left at our studio premises for more than 3 months after
the day of the photography shoot will be appropriately disposed of if not collected
by the client or their representative.
An
advance payment of 25% of our quoted cost is required for high volume commissions,
or work that will take several working days and/or weeks to complete
